I have been dealing with this dealership for 14 years (purchased an Accord in 1999). I decided to get a new CRV in March. I just want to say that it was a very pleasant experience. Carmen is very knowledgeable and there was no sales pressure from her to purchase a new vehicle. She has answered all of my questions.
