I just leased my fourth Honda Pilot. I'm now in a 2015 Honda Pilot. I have always dealt with Dan Schanaman and for good reason. He's like a neighbor who watches out for you, keeps you informed on what's going on, and for me -- let's me know when it is most beneficial for me to turn in my lease and get my new Pilot. I have also purchased a 2014 Civic for my daughter from Dan and she loves it. He treats us like family, always wants us to feel we've gotten the best deal possible, and is patient with my many questions. He and this new dealership he is with made this last process the fastest I've experienced, and also the most fun. Great job!!!!

We initially purchased a used vehicle at RB Honda. I was extremely nervous, indecisive, and had a lot of questions. Neng Lee was extremely patient, offered advice, wasn't pushy, and showed us several cars. I took up so much of his time, yet he was still patient and kind with answering every new question. After we purchased the car, he called to check up on us a few times and also to inform us about our tabs and title. During the rash of accidents in MN, our car was totaled. The moment I knew we'd have to buy a new car I knew I would go back to RB Honda to see Neng, despite the distance from our home. We had purchased a warranty for our used vehicle and Chip Richards was very helpful in getting it refunded. Neng helped us pick out our brand new 2015 Honda CRV EX-L. Chip helped us with all the financing paperwork, we hardly did anything but show up and sign. It was the simplest process ever and took quite a lot of stress off of me. Ben worked with us to get all the accessories put on our vehicle in a timely fashion and they were even kind enough to loan us a 2015 civic while they completed the work. A very nice young lady (I feel horrible that i forgot her name) got us acquainted with our rental. Every one at this place are such awesome, professional, customer service oriented individuals. The customer lounge is always clean, well stocked with snacks, water, and coffee. They really make you feel comfortable here. We will never give anyone else our business. Through three lease cars, we went to the Honda dealership in Hopkins. We stayed loyal and actually went to the Hopkins dealer in September to get information about releasing a new Civic. While there we dropped the car off to be washed. Since this was a complimentary service, which was part of the lease car arrangement, we where stunned when told that they could wash our car but a charge would involved!! After speaking to the Manager we where told that this was a new policy! Needless to say apologies came fast and we where given a card and told, that we should ask for the manager whenever we wanted a car wash!!! We where told that car washes would not be included in future arrangements!! We where very unhappy with the turn of events and discussed shopping for a new lease which was not a Honda. We decided to check out Bloomington Honda because it was on our way to another dealership. Matt, the used car manager introduced us to , "Kevin DeCaluwe". Wow, what a high energy, positive, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, funny guy. We couldn't help but listen to him and after giving us a fair evaluation for our lease return, (only 8700 miles on a three year lease). Kevin and the rest of the team we worked with where all great!! Kevin, thank you for a great experience!!!!! This is the only thing which distinguishes you and your dealership from others, SERVICE, SERVICE, SERVICE!!! Go to Kevin! I had an extreme circumstance with a car that my recently deceased husband had to have. I was under water on the car and just wanted to get rid of it. Kevin was amazing! He helped me get into a 2015 Civic and it was the best car-buying experience I've ever had. Kevin, to this day, continuously contacts me to see how I'm doing and make sure that I'm doing well with the new vehicle. It is SO appreciated. My son even purchased a vehicle from Kevin on my recommendation. I will forever go back to this location and may even take Kevin up on his offers for free rides to the airport in the future ;) Thank you all! What a difference you have made in what is normally a stressful part of life!

Went to a local competitor that urges people to "Buy Happy". There was nothing remotely blissful about my experience. I then spoke to a financial adviser that stated, "Car dealerships are the worst! Buy from a private seller!" I was skeptical. My mom had just recently finalized a 2015 Civic at Richfield Bloomington Honda and told me to call Kevin because he was "amazing!" So, I went to Kevin with a list of necessities and he made it happen! Aside from probably being the nicest guy I'll ever meet, he even gave me the best customer service possible even though he is an Iowa Hawkeye (sad day) and I am a proud backer of THE Ohio State University. These guys are the real deal. I LOVE my Accord and will go back at the end of my 3 year for the next set of wheels! Just can't wait for the new location so I can get my free car washes! After finalizing my new ride, I learned that my boss had just recently bought a 2015 Fit from Kevin, another co-worker of mine WORKED at RB Honda and highly recommended them over all other dealerships he has worked at, my girlfriends brother bought his car there and raved about the service and yet another co-worker purchased a 2015 CRV from the same location. These guys do the business and are 100% focused on the customer. If you are like me, you are concerned about being taken or signing into an agreement that will benefit everybody but you. This was a phenomenal experience, the personnel were fantastic and, most importantly, I LOVE my new car. Kevin, I'll see you in 35.75 months!! ;) Step 1. Go to RB Honda Step 2. Talk to Kevin Step 3. We recently leased a 2015 Accord Coupe, and couldn't be happier with my new car! Ashley West, our sales representative, delivered a beautiful car, that has exceeded our expectations. I'm so glad I came back to RB Honda to lease again, we had a wonderful experience before, but I would say this one takes the cake! The staff listened to what I was looking for and needed, from the beginning and was able to deliver the exact deal I was looking for the same day I started test driving. I was looking for a very specific car and they were able to deliver the car within days of solidifying the deal. We have leased several Hondas over the years, and this experience has been the best yet! We will be RB Honda customers again and again! After purchasing an Accord earlier this year I found it was too small for my needs so back to Kevin DeCaluwe I went, expecting to be road kill and prepared to suffer a huge loss on my recently purchased trade-in. Kevin worked extra hard to get me the highest value for my trade and gave me a very fair price on my new Odyssey and accessories. In addition to his ability to cut to the chase to get a deal done, it's sometimes the small stuff that keeps me loyal to Kevin - the fact that he remembers so many details of my family life and interests prove he actually works to build relationships rather than transaction numbers. I've never known him to be negative in any way and he faces his health struggles with grace and humor. I value that he speaks highly of his own family and is always ready to show me photos or videos of his kids engaged in sports. This guy is a salesperson and I mean that in the most respectful way - he's passionate about his product, his dealership and his customers. If more dealerships would employ "Kevins" and train their salespeople to care as much as he does about the person rather than the deal I'm guessing public perception of the industry would improve dramatically. Wherever Kevin goes, I'll follow!
